History of Troop 377
Stony Creek Mills, Pennsylvania is located approximately 55 miles Northwest from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
The Troops first Charter was applied for on July 1, 1932 and was approved on October 18, 1932 as Troop 1, Stony Creek Mills, Pennsylvania.
In 1938 the Troops number was changed to 177 and the Troop continued to operate until March of 1948 when it was not rechartered.
In March of 1949 Troop 177 was again rechartered and has been in existence ever since.
In 1972, with Council reorganization, our number was changed to 377.
In 1999, we celebrated our 50th year of continuous operation.
